One of the key highlights is a landmark IT park project in Bengaluru, covering ~5.9 million sq. ft. of development area – set to be among the largest IT parks in the country.

This win reinforces L&T’s leadership in infrastructure and large-scale commercial real estate development, adding another milestone to the company’s B&F portfolio.
