Brigade Group's Futuristic Residential Project on Whitefield-Hoskote Road

Brigade Group, a leading real estate developer, is expanding its residential portfolio with a major new project on Whitefield-Hoskote Road in Bengaluru. Through its subsidiary Ananthay Properties Private Ltd., the company has acquired a 20-acre land parcel for ₹630 crore, targeting a gross development value (GDV) of ₹2,700 crore. The project will offer a saleable area of 2.5 million square feet and aligns with Brigade's strategy of focusing on prime markets to meet future residential demands.

Managing Director Pavitra Shankar highlighted the company's commitment to sustainable, high-quality developments that address modern living needs. This project is part of a broader pipeline, with 12.61 million square feet of new residential developments underway in Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

Founded in 1986, Brigade Enterprises Ltd. has a diversified presence across residential, office, retail, and hospitality sectors in major cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysuru, and Kochi. This acquisition reinforces its leadership in the real estate market.
